I'd recommend Ballyrobert Mallusk to a friend because the entire process was so straight forward from viewing the car on the website to receiving a call from Neil. Despite informing me the car I had initially been interested in had sold about an hour before, Neil was able to refer me to the same car but a better spec, newer, less miles which was just coming into stock so I ended up even happier. Neil took a deposit to hold the car for me and I went that night to view and assess my own car. I loved it and the approach of Neil which was to give me time to view the car, no pressure tactics and he even stayed behind after closing time when it was time to do a deal. He had a great not pushy attitude which made me want to do business all the more. He explained everything clearly and well and also kept in regular communication regarding handover. He went above and beyond to get me the car quickly during a sunny period and presented it immaculately
